About the Role
Niger Biscuit Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Line Supervisor to join our Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities on the biscuit production line to ensure smooth operations
Monitor production output and ensure set targets are achieved
Supervise machine operations and report faults or malfunctions promptly
Ensure all products meet required quality specifications
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff
Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily operational reports

Requirements
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
HND or relevant qualification in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Good knowledge of production processes and quality control
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
