Job Description
Location : Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
-Coordinate performance appraisal processes
-Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures
-Manage payroll coordination and staff benefits administration
-Develop and implement training and development programs
-Provide HR reports and analytics to management.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-3–5 years HR experience
-Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
