Job Title – Credit Repossession Manager
Location – Kano
Salary – 200-270k Net

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
•Monitor project costs and control expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
•Prepare and evaluate tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
•Conduct site visits to track progress and validate work completed.
•Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
•Assess and manage project risks related to cost and contractual issues.
•Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors.
•Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and company policies.
•Provide regular cost reports and financial forecasts to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on building or infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
•Good understanding of Nigerian construction practices and regulations.
•Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
