Internal Audit & Compliance Manager

Sepha Energies Limited is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Internal Audit & Compliance Manager to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational integrity across the organization.
As we continue to scale our operations across the upstream oil and gas sector, this role will be critical in ensuring that our financial, commercial, and operational activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, internal controls, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct periodic internal audits across Finance, Operations, Sales & Commercial, and Support functions.
· Review compliance with internal policies, SOPs, approval limits, and governance procedures.
· Assess adherence to contract terms, pricing approvals, and authority matrices.
· Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
· Audit documentation accuracy across Salesforce CRM, financial records, and operational reports.
· Review awarded jobs against original bid assumptions and monitor margin integrity.
· Maintain company-wide risk register and recommend mitigation strategies.
· Provide structured audit reports to executive management.
· Monitor implementation of corrective actions across audited functions.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
· Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related function.
· Experience within oilfield services, engineering, or project-based environments is an advantage.
· Strong understanding of internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management.
· High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
· Excellent documentation and reporting discipline.
· Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) will be an added advantage.
