KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Parent Engagement & Frontline Service
Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm, professional, and personalised experience.
Deliver highquality information about the school’s vision, curriculum, programmes, and admissions requirements.
Conduct tours, followup calls, and parent meetings.
Build strong, service focused relationships with prospective families to support conversion goals.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in admissions, customer service, or student recruitment (education sector preferred).
Highly organised and detailoriented.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
Customerservice mindset with a warm, professional manner.
Comfortable supporting events and handling occasional weekend/afterhours activities.
Experience using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic data management.
