Job Title – Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

📍 Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy of financial information on NetSuite with robust reconciliations and controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across subsidiaries in multiple countries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS for timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce Group Accounting Policies in line with IFRS and local GAAPs.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CPA (Required).
• 10–12 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and multi-jurisdictional consolidation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
