Job Title – Head, Corporate Service – Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Lead HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement
2.    Oversee performance management, rewards, and organizational development
3.    Manage corporate administration, policies, and compliance
4.    Drive stakeholder communication and industrial relations
5.    Develop training, succession, and workforce planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
1.    8+ years post-qualification experience with 4+ in management roles
2.    Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent, and performance management
3.    Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
4.    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
5.    Experience in culture and change management, coaching, and conflict resolution
