Job Title – HVAC Technician

Location – Obajana Plant, Kogi

Job Summary
The HVAC Technician at Dangote Cement Plc is responsible for performing routine maintenance, installation and repairs to all refrigeration and air conditioning appliances in the plant and estate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance which includes but is not limited to the following: fault analysis, component replacements, alignments and calibration, repairs, installation of new Air conditioning and refrigeration and modification if required.
Perform installation of HVAC equipment using prescribed blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications installation procedures.
Develop or modify industrial HVAC equipment, according to available specifications.
Perform all work in compliance to all Management Systems.
Perform all work in compliance to Plant safety standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HVAC Engineer.

Requirements
An Ordinary National Diploma of its equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
A minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
Good practical and technical skills
An understanding of engineering drawings and principles
Communication skills
Good problem-solving skills.
