We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Life Planners. This role focuses on driving business growth by offering personalized insurance solutions, building lasting client relationships, and helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

Drive business growth through innovative sales strategies
Prospect for new clients and build a strong customer base
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions
Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. (Must have completed NYSC)
Strong passion for relationship building
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Sales experience is an added advantage (not compulsory)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
