Job Title – IT Manager
Location – Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time | Onsite
Seniority Level – Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and secure remote access
Ensure system uptime and proactive issue resolution
Manage ISPs and IT vendors against SLAs
Systems & Microsoft 365 Administration
Oversee lifecycle of laptops, desktops, POS systems, and peripherals
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Enforce MFA, endpoint protection, and email security standards
Cybersecurity & Governance
Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and patching
Maintain IT policies, documentation, and risk register
Support incident response and user security awareness
ERP & CRM Projects
Support migration from NAV (2009) to Microsoft Dynamics 365
Coordinate data migration and system implementation partners
Assist with CRM rollout and integration
Support reporting and user adoption
IT Operations
Manage helpdesk support and user training
Drive continuous improvement across IT operations

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years’ relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365 Administration
Windows Server & Active Directory
Firewalls & Endpoint Security
Backup & Disaster Recovery tools
Exposure to ERP (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and CRM systems
Good vendor management and communication skills
Relevant certifications are an advantage
