1.    Enterprise-wide transformation & process optimization

Requirements
1.    8–12+ years in business transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational excellence
2.    Strong experience leading cross-functional transformation programs
3.    Solid understanding of operations, finance & performance management
4.    Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
5.    Exceptional analytical & stakeholder engagement skills.
