Job Title – Operations Manager

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-growing Supermarket in Lekki, Lagos.

Location – Ilasan, Lekki
Industry – Supermarket / Retail
Work Schedule – Monday – Saturday
Salary – ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (depending on experience)
Male ONLY (ONLY Candidate leaving Nearby should apply)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

Manage staff schedules, performance, and compliance with company policies

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier relationships

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly

Implement operational procedures to improve productivity and reduce waste

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (retail/supermarket experience is an advantage)

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and result-driven
