Job Description

Job Title – Head, System & Network Administration
Location – Lagos
Reports to – CTO

We are looking for a strategic IT leader to drive the design, security, and performance of our enterprise infrastructure.

This role will oversee servers, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity operations, and disaster recovery frameworks, ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead enterprise infrastructure (on-prem & cloud – AWS/Azure/Hybrid)
– Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs & network security
– Drive cybersecurity governance & regulatory compliance (CBN/NDPR/ISO where applicable)
– Oversee DR/BCP frameworks and ensure RTO/RPO targets are met
– Lead and mentor Systems & Network teams
– Manage IT assets, vendors, and SLA performance

KPIs
– ≥ 99.9% infrastructure uptime
– ≥ 95% patch & incident SLA compliance
– 100% DR test success rate
– Zero critical unresolved security incidents

Requirements
– 8–12 years progressive IT experience
– 3–5 years in leadership role
– Strong background in enterprise networking, cloud, and cybersecurity
– Relevant certifications – CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Azure/AWS.
