Job Title – Business Development Manager (Automotive)
Location – Ajah, Lagos (Hybrid)
Reports To – CEO / Group President
Compensation – Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission
A fast-growing Energy & Automotive company is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with strong experience in luxury and fleet vehicle sales.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional who understands the Nigerian luxury auto market and has successfully closed high-value vehicle deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive luxury vehicle sales to HNIs, executives, and premium buyers
• Secure and close corporate fleet contracts (banks, multinationals, logistics firms, government agencies)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement heads
• Identify, pursue, and convert high-value prospects
• Develop and execute structured automotive sales strategies
• Lead and manage a high-performance automotive sales team
• Implement CRM systems and provide weekly revenue reports
• Aggressively follow up on prospects, negotiations, and partnerships
• Negotiate pricing and supplier margins to maximize profitability
Requirements
• Proven track record selling luxury or high-end automotive brands
• Experience closing multi-million-naira vehicle deals
• Strong network among corporate buyers and HNIs
• Background in Automotive Sales, Dealership Management, or Premium Vehicle Marketing
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• KPI-driven with strong execution mindset
• Solid understanding of the Nigerian automotive market
