Job Description

Job Title – TeleSales Officer
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time
Industry – Financial Services
Salary – 219,000 Monthly Net + Other incentives

Role Overview:
To carry out all activities relating to sales and service virtually; close new customer leads, provide
application support, retain existing customers for the bank whilst positively representing the
brand.

Responsibilities
• Attend to all customer interactions across relevant platforms (enquiries, loan processing,
complaints, etc.) within agreed SLAs.
• Actively drive customer acquisition through both assigned and self-generated leads to achieve
sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure all loan transactions are processed in compliance with company policies while optimizing
the use of core applications.
• Deliver excellent service across all engagement channels in line with defined SLAs, policies,
procedures, and KPI requirements.
• Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures to support continuous business
improvement.
• Meet performance targets, KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements
• B.Sc. degree in any field
• 0 – 5 years’ experience
