Job Title – Internal Audit Manager

Job Summary
The Internal Audit Manager will oversee the internal audit function, ensuring effective risk management, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement audit plans and strategies
Conduct risk assessments across departments
Review financial and operational processes for efficiency
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead audit investigations and prepare reports
Supervise and mentor audit team members

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ACA/ACCA certification (preferred)
5–8 years’ experience in auditing
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
