The Opportunity
We are engaging a high-calibre Director of Projects (Head of Projects) to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of complex construction projects.
This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence within a structured construction environment.
You will be entrusted with end-to-end oversight of all project activities — from concept to delivery — with direct impact on business performance, profitability, and strategic growth.

Your Mandate
Lead and drive execution across multiple construction projects simultaneously
Take full ownership of project delivery: timeline, cost, quality, and risk
Build, lead, and enforce discipline across multidisciplinary project teams
Establish strong project governance, reporting structures, and accountability systems
Interface directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities at a senior level
Drive cost efficiency, commercial performance, and contract compliance

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in the construction industry
At least 7–10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale projects
Background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-value construction projects
A firm, decisive leader with the ability to enforce standards and drive results
Experience handling government or regulated projects is a strong advantage

Profile Fit:
This role is not for entry-level or mid-level professionals.
