Job Position – Personal Assistant
Job Location –  Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Job Summary
Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirectas appropriate.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries).
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks.
Run personal errands and provide ad-hoc support when needed.

Job Requirement
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail
Problem-solving and proactive thinking
Interpersonal and relationship management skills
Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage
