Salary – ₦150,000 – ₦200,000

Job Summary
The School Principal will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the daily operations of the school. The role ensures effective academic delivery, staff supervision, student discipline, and the overall development of a conducive learning environment.

Key responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and direction for academic and administrative activities within the school.
– Supervise teachers and other staff to ensure effective teaching, curriculum implementation, and adherence to school policies.
– Monitor students’ academic performance and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
– Oversee student discipline, welfare, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
– Coordinate school activities, meetings, and programs while maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and school policies.

Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar leadership role within an educational institution.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage staff and students effectively.
