JOB TITLE – QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (LUXURY MENSWEAR)
Industry – Luxury Menswear / Bespoke Tailoring
Location – Surulere, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary – ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (Negotiable)
Job Type – Full Time

Work Schedule
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
FMR Agency is recruiting an experienced Quality Control Manager (Luxury Menswear) to oversee production processes and maintain premium craftsmanship standards within a luxury tailoring environment.

Ideal for a skilled men’s fashion designer or production professional with strong experience in suits and traditional wear production.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise tailoring production activities
✔ Conduct quality inspections at all stages
✔ Verify measurements and oversee fittings
✔ Maintain luxury finishing standards
✔ Manage and train tailors and production staff
✔ Reduce defects and improve production efficiency
✔ Prepare weekly production and quality reports

Requirements
• OND / HND / BSc (any discipline)
• Strong technical knowledge of men’s tailoring
• Experience in suits & traditional menswear production
• Leadership and supervision skills
• High attention to detail
• Must reside in Surulere or nearby areas
