Job Title – Assistant Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing public health programmes under the guidance of the Public Health Manager.
Conduct community visits and build strong relationships with leaders, health centers, and local organizations.
Plan and execute community mobilization activities to drive participation in health initiatives.
Support data collection, validation, and reporting for ongoing projects.
Contribute to project proposals and concept notes for MHM and WASH programmes.
Assist in monitoring and evaluation of health projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
Facilitate training sessions and outreach campaigns to improve health literacy.
Provide administrative and logistical support for programme activities and events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
3–5 years’ experience in public health or community health programmes, preferably in NGO settings.
Strong knowledge of maternal health, sanitation, and hygiene programmes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
Experience in data collection, analysis, and use of Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in dynamic environments.
