Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
2 Provide accurate information about products and services
3 Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
4 Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
5 Maintain customer records by updating account information
6 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
7 Work with team members to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
1.Minimum of SSCE/ND in any related field.
2 Proven experience in customer service is an added advantage
3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
5 Strong problem-solving skills
6 Basic computer knowledge

Salary: #150k -200k
