Job Title – IT Manager
Industry – Fleet Manufacturing, Logistics/Transportation
Location –  Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary
Our client, a key player in the fleet manufacturing and logistics sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Manager to lead technical support operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who can balance first-line support with strategic IT project execution, ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Provide first-line remote and onsite support for incidents and service requests
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, PCs, printers, and peripherals
🔹 Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting across desktop and entry-level server environments
🔹 Support Windows Server platforms and assist with IT projects and rollouts
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records in the PSA system
🔹 Identify, prioritize, and escalate incidents appropriately
🔹 Be available for after-hours support when required

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
✔  Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/NECO or equivalent)
✔  MCSE or equivalent diploma/certification (Compulsory)
✔  MCP, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ (Advantageous)
✔  Reliable means of transportation

Experience:
✔  Minimum 3 years in Desktop / IT Support
✔  Experience with desktop hardware, Microsoft software, and peripheral troubleshooting
✔  Basic understanding of Windows desktop and server OS
✔  Familiarity with LAN/Ethernet networking
✔  Exposure to VoIP/SIP and ticketing systems is a plus
