As the company continues to expand its operations and professionalise its internal structure, we are seeking an HR Generalist who can help build strong people systems and support day-to-day HR operations.
Role Overview
The HR Generalist will support the development and implementation of HR processes that improve workforce structure, employee engagement, and operational discipline. The role requires someone who can balance HR administration, employee relations, and organisational structure support.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building systems, supporting teams, and driving organisational structure in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Implement HR policies and ensure staff compliance with company procedures.
Assist management in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution where necessary.
Track staff attendance, leave records, and workforce updates.
Support staff training and development initiatives.
Ensure HR documentation and processes remain organised and up to date.
Provide administrative HR support to management when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or real estate environments.
Strong understanding of basic HR operations and employee management practices.
Good documentation, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
