💵Pay – (₦450,000- ₦550,000)

Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee the daily management of employee-related issues and client engagement, covering the full range of human resources operations for our client.

Requirements
• Bsc/HND in Human Resources or Personnel Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• ⁠At least 5 years experience as a HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of HR systems with general HR operations.
• ⁠Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• ⁠Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• ⁠Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠Ability to manage crisis and operational challenges.
• ⁠Proficient in the use of Ms. Suites and HRIS.
• ⁠Fair understanding of payroll administration.
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Well organized, good time management and attentive to details.
• ⁠HR certification is desirable.
