Customer Support & Telesales Agent

Location : Lagos (Remote)
You may be required to come to the office one or twice in a month

Base Salary: N130,000 monthly

A leading renewable energy service provider is seeking a Customer Support & Telesales Agent to convert leads into paying customers.

Key responsibilities :
Drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls from social media, referrals and, marketing campaigns
Qualify prospects on WhatsApp and Instagram
Present solar energy solutions to customers
Close sales deals
Maintain and update CRM records

Requirements :
1 year of relevant experience in customer support, telesales, or call centre sales.
Comfortable using CRM and related tools

Benefits & Incentives :
Data/Airtime : N20,000 monthly
2%-5% commission per closed deal
Monthly performance bonus for hitting targets
Additional incentive for upselling premium packages
