Job Position : Sales Executive
Job Location : Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities :
*Actively research and source new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
*Maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects from initial contact to policy issuance and payment.
*Conduct risk assessments for clients to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
*Manage an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring timely policy renewals and high satisfaction levels.
*Coordinate with insurance companies to negotiate better terms, premium rates, and ensure swift documentation.
*Act as a bridge between the client and the claims department to ensure clients peace of mind during the settlement process.
*Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, parastatals, and state-owned enterprises.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-3 years of work experience (Industry experience will be an advantage)
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000
