Salary : ₦100,000 + ₦5,000 Allowance + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of the beauty industry to oversee our social media accounts, create engaging content, and drive sales. This role involves managing customer engagement, planning content, and supporting brand growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.

Create high-quality images and self-shot videos for posts and ads.

Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and drive sales through upselling.

Plan and schedule content 3–4 weeks in advance.

Repost influencer and customer content when relevant.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns.

Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and incorporate them into content.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of social media management experience (beauty industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable in front of the camera and able to produce creative content.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and sales-driven.

Basic knowledge of makeup is required.

Understanding of the beauty industry and trends is highly desirable.
