Job Description

Job Title – Operations Data Analyst
Location – Lagos

Job Summary
We’re looking for an Operations Data Analyst who can go beyond dashboards to actively shape decisions and improve operational outcomes in a fast-moving logistics environment, one who enjoys turning raw data into powerful insights that drive real-world operations.

What You’ll Be Driving
In this role, you won’t just analyze data, you’ll connect the dots between systems, people, and performance. Your insights will directly impact fleet efficiency, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Your Core Focus
1. Analyze and monitor fleet performance and operational metrics to ensure optimal efficiency
2. Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions
3. Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
4. Automate processes and reporting workflows with Power Automate
5. Develop practical solutions using Power Apps to support operational teams
6. Ensure data accuracy through effective collection, cleaning, and validation
7. Maintain structured documentation and reporting systems

What You Bring
1. BSc/HND in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
2. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX/Power Query), Power Automate, and Power Apps
3. Ability to work with multiple data sources (API, Excel, SharePoint)
4. At least 2 years’ experience in a data-focused role

Nice to Have:
1. SQL, Python, or R for deeper data analysis
2. Experience in logistics, telematics, or operations environments
3. Exposure to real-time monitoring or control center operations
