PROJECT MANAGER

We are an ideation, ICT, and consultancy firm providing management support, business process solutions/re-engineering, and revenue optimization services to public and private sector clients in Nigeria.

We are recruiting for the position below:

Job Title – Project Manager
Location – Abuja, Nigeria
Work Schedule – Full-time, Onsite
Supervisory Role. -Yes
Salary – Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects and develop innovative project concepts in collaboration with government agencies, technology teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources and teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and monitor implementation and expansion.
• Support Executive Management and lead project strategy sessions.
• Implement IT and project management strategies to deliver projects within schedule and budget.
• Use project management tools to track performance, progress, and outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, executives, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and status updates on project progress and challenges.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvements for future projects.
• Mentor team members and support partnership development and stakeholder engagement, particularly with government institutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Professional Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years’ professional experience.
• Strong experience in Project Management (PMP certification is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
