Job Summary
A fast-growing financial services firm is seeking a result-driven and experienced Loan Officer to join our team in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Location – Uyo, Akwa Ibom State
Job Type – Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Source and onboard new clients for loan products
* Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
* Conduct field visits and client verification
* Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment
* Maintain accurate records of client transactions
* Build and sustain strong client relationships
* Follow up on overdue payments and support recovery efforts

Requirements:
* Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Microfinance or Fintech preferred)
* Strong marketing and sales skills
* Good communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of the local market in Uyo is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:
* ₦100,000 monthly salary + commission
* Performance-based incentives
