About the Role
Bookzora is building a modern travel platform for flights, hotels, and experiences. We are looking for a hands-on, Amadeus-certified professional who understands how real travel operations work, not just theory.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations using Amadeus and other GDS tools:
•Create, modify, and manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records)
•Handle ticketing, reissues, refunds, and fare pricing
•Plan complex itineraries (multi-city, corporate, group travel)
•Monitor and respond to flight disruptions, cancellations, and schedule changes
•Provide expert travel advisory based on real-time inventory and pricing
•Ensure accurate issuance of travel documents.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
•Valid Amadeus Certification
•Proven experience working with a GDS environment
•Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing, and airline policies
•Ability to handle pressure and solve real-time travel issues
•High attention to detail

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
•Experience in a travel agency or airline operations
•Corporate travel management experience
•Familiarity with multiple GDS platforms
