Job Description

Job Title – Auto-Electrician (Mechanical)
 
Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, machinery, and equipment
– Install, maintain, and repair wiring systems, control panels, sensors, starters, alternators, and batteries
– Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on auto-electrical systems
– Use diagnostic tools and testers to effectively troubleshoot electrical issues
– Collaborate with mechanical technicians to resolve complex faults
– Maintain accurate maintenance records and job reports
– Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations
– Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and work area facilities

Requirements / Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician within a construction, heavy-equipment environment, mechanical or a related industry. 
• Strong knowledge of auto-electrical systems in heavy-duty construction machinery and vehicles.
• Proficiency with electrical testers, diagnostic tools, and related equipment.
• Hands-on experience with machinery, voltage systems, wiring, and control units.
• Computer literacy
