Salary – 350,000 NGN – 500,000 NGN/month (depending on experience)
Role Overview
The Digital Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital media strategy to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and online growth. This role will focus on building a strong digital presence for the company across relevant platforms, driving performance through strategic planning, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s business and marketing goals.
Lead social media and digital campaign planning across key platforms
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
Create and oversee digital content direction in collaboration with the content and design team
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform insights to improve campaign performance
Manage paid and organic digital campaigns where applicable
Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics and recommend improvements
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, product/service promotions, and brand storytelling
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or social media strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field is required.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience growth, and online brand positioning
Proven ability to build and execute digital strategies that drive measurable results
Experience with content planning, campaign management, analytics, and performance reporting
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project coordination skills
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-led brands is an advantage
