Job Title – Deposit Mobilization Manager
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary – ₦300,000 – ₦700,000 (Net) + Benefits
Work Mode – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Deposit Mobilization Manager to drive the acquisition of deposits, build and manage client relationships, and support the organization’s funding and liquidity objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
– Mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
– Drive deposit growth through strategic business development initiatives
– Promote deposit and investment products to meet set targets
– Identify new markets and opportunities to increase deposit base
– Ensure retention of clients and growth of existing portfolios
– Monitor market trends and provide insights on competitive offerings

🔹 Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s or professional certification is an added advantage)
– 3–6 years experience in banking or financial services, specifically in deposit mobilization or marketing roles
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deposit targets
– Strong marketing, sales, and negotiation skills
– Excellent relationship management and client engagement skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
