Job Title – Senior Product Manager
Location – Abuja

Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products that drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
· Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with business objectives

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery

· Translate business needs into product requirements and specifications

· Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products

· Prioritize product backlog and manage product lifecycle from concept to launch

· Track product performance using data and analytics to inform decisions

· Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and insights

· Lead stakeholder communication and product presentations

Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

· 3–7 years of product management experience in a tech environment

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting

· Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
