Job Description

Job Title – Operations Associate/Intern

Help Mum is seeking two passionate and detail-oriented Operations Interns to support the delivery of maternal and child health programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the coordination and execution of maternal health programs and outreach activities
Assist in managing logistics for antenatal care initiatives, community visits, and health campaigns.
Maintain accurate data on program activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes
Support field teams /officers working with pregnant women, nursing mothers, and healthcare providers.
Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and community engagement sessions
Coordinate with healthcare partners, midwives, and clinics.
Monitor program implementation and report operational challenges
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational processes
Provide general administrative and operational support in HelpMum

REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate or current student in Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related field
Strong interest in maternal and child health
Good organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
