Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Provide tailored financial solutions and advisory services
Monitor client portfolios and ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years experience in a similar role within a financial institution
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet targets
Good understanding of financial products and market trends
