Job Title – Administrative Officer
Location – Lagos
Scope and Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and consumables.
Coordinate office logistics including meeting arrangements, workspace allocation, and general office upkeep.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) for records and documentation.
Support internal communication and dissemination of administrative notices.
Facility Management:
Assist with supervising maintenance and functionality of office facilities, including HVAC systems, electricals, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
Liaise with facility service providers (cleaning, security, waste management, etc.) to ensure service delivery standards are met.
Monitor utility usage (power, water, diesel, etc.) and optimize cost efficiency.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors/service providers.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records of payments and contracts.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain records related to facility operations, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
Provide periodic reports on administrative and facility activities.
General Responsibilities:
Support the Administrative Manager in implementing policies and procedures.
Assist in managing office support staff where applicable.
Participate in administrative projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.
