Anify Enterprise is a fully remote Nigeria-based eCommerce company specializing in home improvement products. The company partners with 24 logistics companies for nationwide delivery and has plans to expand across Africa.

Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
Confirm and process customer orders accurately
Follow up with customers to ensure successful delivery
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with logistics partners to track and update deliveries
Escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from order to delivery

Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc (Business Admin, Marketing, or related field preferred)
1–2 years experience in customer service or e-commerce
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
Ability to handle high-volume chats and calls efficiently
Must have a laptop and smartphone with reliable electricity & internet
Organized, responsive, and solution-oriented

Salary
₦70,000 + performance bonuses
