Job Description

Job Title – Retention Account Manager
Location – Abuja
Company – Global FinTech & Brokerage Firm (via Recruitment International)

Compensation
Base Salary – ₦500,000 (gross/month)
Uncapped commissions (team & individual performance)

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Engage clients via phone, email, and chat
Educate clients on trading platforms and financial products
Guide clients through trading activities
Achieve individual and team targets
Collaborate with team members to improve client experience and drive upselling

Requirements
2–4 years experience in Sales (Forex, Insurance, Real Estate, etc.)
Trading experience is a strong advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding or interest in financial markets
Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 1 PM
