Job Title – Quantity Surveyor
Experience Required – Minimum of 3 years
Job Summary
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
Evaluate contractor quotations and manage procurement processes
Perform site measurements and valuations of work done
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
Ensure projects are completed within budget and in compliance with specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in cost management and reporting tools
Attention to detail and good communication skills
