Job Title – Manager, Regulatory
Location – Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary
We’re looking for a high-performing Manager, Regulatory, to lead strategic engagement and ensure compliance with Nigerian Content requirements across key industry stakeholders.
This is a high-visibility role where your insights, relationships, and execution will directly influence business success.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in Nigeria’s upstream oil & gas sector
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Content frameworks (NCDMB, NAPIMS, NOGICD Act)
• Proven success in business development and winning contracts
• Solid experience managing key accounts in the energy sector
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action
