Job Title – Salon Manager

Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary – ₦200,000 monthly

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our wig studio/salon in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer experience, efficient staff coordination, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee day-to-day studio/salon operations, including appointments, inventory, and service delivery
– Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high service standards
– Monitor stock levels for wigs, hair products, tools, and salon supplies; coordinate procurement
– Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention
– Track sales, expenses, and key metrics; prepare regular reports for management
– Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability
– Coordinate with stylists, wig makers, and vendors to meet client deadlines
– Support marketing efforts, promotions, and client engagement activities

*Requirements*
– Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in salon, beauty, or retail operations management
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Good knowledge of salon/wig business operations is an advantage
– Proficiency in basic inventory and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
– Customer-focused with strong communication skills
– Ability to work in Lekki Phase 1 (accommodation provided)
