JOB TITKE – OPAC REFINERIES (Kwale, Delta State)

Job Summary
We’re building a high-performance refinery operation and we’re looking for experienced professionals who can deliver results in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

🔹 Procurement Lead (Contracting & Technical)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas (refinery preferred)
Strong expertise in contracting, vendor management & technical procurement
Ability to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence
🔹 Human Resource Lead
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas
Strong background in industrial relations, workforce planning & HR operations
Experience managing workforce in a 24/7 industrial setting is a plus
🔹 Head, General Services
Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience
Proven leadership in administration, facilities, and general services management
Ability to drive structure, efficiency, and operational discipline
📍 Location – Kwale, Delta State
