About the Role
Padyem TalentLab is building a dynamic platform focused on developing young talent and connecting them with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Content & Talent Engagement Executive who will drive how we communicate, engage, and grow our community of talents and partners.
This role goes beyond content posting. We are looking for someone who understands how to create value-driven, engaging, and growth-focused content while building a strong talent community.
Job Description
• Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a structured content strategy across digital platforms
• Create engaging, educational, and career-focused content
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
Talent Engagement
• Build and manage relationships with talents within the Padyem ecosystem
• Drive engagement through interactive content, programs, and initiatives
• Support talent onboarding, communication, and retention strategies
Community Building
• Grow and nurture Padyem TalentLab’s online and offline community
• Create meaningful experiences that encourage participation and loyalty
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategies for growth
Campaigns & Initiatives
• Plan and execute campaigns for training programs, job opportunities, and events
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify brand visibility
• Track performance and provide insights for improvement
Content Creation
• Develop multimedia content (graphics, short-form videos, written posts)
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to fit the brand
• Ensure all content aligns with Padyem’s mission and values
Who You Are
• Creative and detail-oriented with strong storytelling ability
• Passionate about youth development and talent growth
• Skilled in content creation and social media management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to turn ideas into actionable plans
