Job Title – Sales Team Lead
Location – Lekki, Lagos
Salary – 500k net & Commission bonuses

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in closing deals, managing pipelines, and leading teams to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Responsibilities:
-Drive and achieve property sales and lease transactions
-Meet and exceed company revenue targets
-Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective deals
-Ensure effective conversion of leads into closed transactions

Marketing & Relationship Management:
-Maintain and grow a robust database of clients and property listings
-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
-Coordinate strategic meetings between management and high-value clients
-Promote property listings within agent networks to expand reach

Administrative Duties:
-Provide weekly reports on sales activities and performance
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
-Track and follow up on all client requests
-Review sales processes and documentation for efficiency and accuracy

Innovation & Problem Solving
-Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales outcomes
-Resolve client and agent concerns in a timely and professional manner
-Ensure a seamless and professional sales journey from inquiry to closing

Leadership Responsibilities:
-Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
-Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to team members
-Assist in closing high-value deals
-Report on sales performance and strategic insights to management

Requirements
-Proven experience in real estate sales
-Prior experience managing or leading a sales team
-Strong negotiation and closing skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Target-driven with a consistent record of high performance
