Job Role – HR Officer
Location – Lekki Phase 1
Budget – (350k-400k) Net

Job Summary
• Ensure all employees are properly registered and fully onboarded on PEMS.
• Handle talent acquisition, selection and placement, utilize various sourcing techniques to get the best talent within stipulated timeline.
• Plan and coordinate effective induction and onboarding for new joiners.
• Prepare correct offer letters and communicate to prospective employees.
• Coordinate village meetings, read and prepare minutes.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and give report on weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure proper implementation and staff compliance with policies.
• Ensure prompt communication of information or announcement via PEMS and other relevant
• platforms.
• Manage employee performances, especially annual and probationary appraisals.
• Conduct reference checks and verification.
• Manage tracker for employees’ confirmation, birthday celebration, annual medical fitness, long
• service, gratuity, contract renewals etc.
• Manage employee records and treat with utmost confidentiality, ensure proper documentation and
• filing.
• Ensure proper off-boarding of exiting employees.
• Ensure all insurances such as HMO, Grouplife, GPA, Fidelity Guarantee, NSITF, ITF always remain valid.
• Collaborate with other necessary teams and ensure insurance claims are promptly and correctly filled
• for and received.
• Conduct periodic surveys such as employee satisfaction surveys.
• Enhance learning and development, prepare
• employees for training, research training institutes and design training plan. Conduct post training evaluation.
• Manage attendance on ERP and other HR programs (KSS, Health talk, village meeting etc.)
• Send prospective employees for pre- employment medicals.
• Process payroll correctly.
• Prepare monthly buzzers to create policy awareness.
• Respond to staff enquiries and FAQ.
• Resolve conflicts that may arise.
• Update staff list, delete exit, add new joiners.
• Any other tasks assigned by the head of department and management.
