Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for marketing and selling our properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company properties to potential clients
Identify and generate new leads through networking and marketing
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant information
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
