Job Description

Job Title – Sales Executive
Sector – Travel Agency
Location – Abuja
Salary – ₦300k and above
Slots: 3

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new B2B clients (sub-agents, travel partners, affiliates)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Promote and sell travel products (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct daily sales visits to travel agencies
• Work closely with operations, ticketing, and accounting teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
• 2-4 years experience in B2B sales in a travel agency / tourism company
• Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
